Terms & Conditions for Parties & Workshops

Depending on distance there is an additional travelling cost of R150. We supply everything that will be needed for the kids to complete the craft, all you need is to do is supply a workspace for the kids.

Time: Allow 90min-120 min, depending on the size and age of the group.

A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, with the full amount payable 7 days before the party.

Regrettably, refunds are not always available, but we’re happy to assist in accommodating alternative dates.

No changes to the completed booking will be accepted 7 days prior to the party.​

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and circumstances may require adjustments to your schedule. While we regret that refunds are not always available, we strive to provide the best possible support by offering alternatives to accommodate your needs. In the event of a full cancellation, the following will apply:

One month prior – 0% cancellation fee

Two weeks prior – 10 % cancellation fee

One week prior – 20% cancellation fee
